AIR-PIPE provides five (5) complimentary email accounts with activation of service. If you have not yet activated any of your AIR-PIPE email accounts, please contact our customer service department to activate at your convenience. See pricing for additional email account options.

AIR-PIPE provides a web-based email service, which means you can check your email anywhere you find an Internet connection. Simply click on the email icon at the top of this page to view your email from any Internet location.

Import AIR-PIPE email to you desktop/laptop

Once you have activated an AIR-PIPE email account with a customer service representative, you may follow the below steps to setup your account in Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook. You must know what your user name and password are before continuing with the following steps.

Setup Email in Outlook Express

1. Open Outlook Express
2. Under Tools select Accounts
3. Under the Mail tab click Add, then choose Mail
4. Enter the display name of your choice
5. Enter your new AIR-PIPE email address established with an AIR-PIPE customer service representative
6. Choose POP3 as your incoming mail server
7. Enter mail.air-pipe.com as the incoming mail server on the next line
8. Enter mail.air-pipe.com as the outgoing mail server on the following line
9. Enter your new AIR-PIPE email address and password
10. Advance through to finish and your new AIR-PIPE email account will now transfer all email to this location

Setup Email in Microsoft Outlook

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Under Tools select Email Accounts
3. Select Add a New Email Account
4. Select POP3 as the type of server
5. Under User Information, enter the first part of your new email address as your name
   Example: johndoe@air-pipe.com, enter johndoe as your name
6. Enter your new AIR-PIPE email address under User Information
7. Enter mail.air-pipe.com as the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server
8. Enter the first part of your new email address as your username
   Example: johndoe@air-pipe.com, enter johndoe as your username
9. Enter your new password and advance forward through steps. Your new email account should be activated and your new AIR-PIPE email account will now transfer all emails to this location

You may want to go back through to make sure the new AIR-PIPE email account is set as your default email account and delete any unused email accounts out of the system.

You are not required to follow the above steps to actively use your AIR-PIPE email account. If you do not wish to use your desktop/laptop email system, simply click the icon at the top of this page to access your AIR-PIPE email.
