William B Geibel, Jr. | Owner & Director of Engineering
Primary responsibilities include overseeing technical operations and business management as well as designing and creating tower infrastructure and implementation of network expansion.


Chris | Operations Manager
Primary responsibilities include overseeing technical operations and business management as well as designing and creating tower infrastructure and implementation of network expansion.


Darrell | Project Manager
Overseeing operations and project management as well as designing and creating tower infrastructure and implementation of network expansion.


Tracy | Office Manager & Accountant
Oversees all administrative activities involving a multi level business structure including supervision of staff. Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Maintains financial records, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, reconciles general ledger accounts, prepares reports, and performs any related work as required.


Angela | Administrative Assistant
Maintains customer information as well as organization within the department. Supports the office staff in any additional administrative areas when needed.


Erica | Account Manager & Inside Sales
Provides support to the company in the marketing and administrative areas. Coordinates the design, development and implementation of the company website. Creates and manages the promotional material for company marketing and advertising.


Ernie | Sales & Customer Relations
Previously the owner of a broadband Internet Service Company based in Kellogg Idaho, Ernie is a welcomed addition to the AIR-PIPE team providing knowledge in an array of areas. Duties include management of contractual agreements with subscribers and wholesale customers. Also provides assistance in all areas regarding operations and projections of future network expansion.


Chris | Technical Support & Dispatch
Task involve managing the technician's schedules, as well as overseeing daily work activity among technical staff assuring a smooth organized environment. Provides technical support to customers regarding existing accounts via phone, email or service call. Serves as an additional field technician administering on location signal tests, site surveys and installation of service at residential and commercial locations.


Bryce | Operations Technician
Has received his certification for tower climbing and assists with climbs when needed. Provides technical support to customers regarding existing accounts via phone, email or service call. Serves as an additional field technician administering on location signal tests, site surveys and installation of service at residential and commercial locations. Provides 24 hour 7 day a week technical support.


Jason | Installation Technician
Administers on location signal tests, site surveys, and installation of service at residential and commercial locations. Monitors reliability of network infrastructure and operating systems on multiple platforms. Diagnose and repairs customer related issues. Provides 24 hour 7 day a week technical support.


Justin | Installation Technician
Administers on location signal tests, site surveys, and installation of service at residential and commercial locations on a part time basis. Diagnose and repairs customer related issues.
